Fees and Registration
Registration is mandatory for authors/speakers and attendees. The registration fees are as follows, and include session access, coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference. The cost of the Social Dinner (+€50.00) is NOT included in the Early/Late registration fee.

Registration Instructions
Registration is mandatory for every attendee to the conference. For each paper, at least one author/speaker must be registered. A single registration of a presenter can cover multiple papers. Accepted contributions without a registered presenter will be automatically deleted from the scientific program and relevant proceedings.
Please note that participants with accepted papers must complete their registration and payment by February 9 to have their paper included in the proceedings.
You are recommended to follow the automatic 3-step procedure described below, handled through the “PagoPA” system, which will issue a valid receipt certifying your payment, which could be used for reimbursement from your institution.
In some very exceptional circumstances, for instance if your fees are directly paid by your institution, you might need a formal fiscal invoice or a debit note. Exclusively if this is your case, you should only perform step 1 of the standard procedure below, and ignore step 2 and step 3; instead, send an email to francesca.fabbro@uniud.it specifying your needs. Note that this exceptional procedure requires considerably longer processing time and not all requests are guaranteed to be satisfied in time for the registration cutoff date.

- Click here and complete the form providing your information (note to add your name also on the “reason” field, as indicated in the form).
- After the form has been completed, you will receive an email with a link to the PagoPA payment page.
- Download the receipt certifying your payment.
